摘要
用4,4'-亚环己基二(邻甲氧基苯胺)双重氮化,与NW酸进行第一偶合后再进行第二偶合,合成出新结构的染料,其色光与普拉红3B—E近似,各项色牢度基本一致。其水溶性更好,而且可以吊白。其合成工艺条件为:A(4.4'-亚环己基二(邻甲氧基苯胺)):B(NW酸):C(二羟G盐)=1:1.05:1.05。第一偶合用NaHCO3调节pH值为7.5,第二偶合用Na2CO3调pH值至8.5左右,可得到正常色光的染料。
A novel dye, which has shade and fastness similar to Polar Red 3B-E, was prepared by coupling tetrazotized 4,4'-cyclohexyl-di(o-anisidine)(A) with NW-acid(B), then with sodium l,7-dihydroxynaphthalene-3-suifonate(C). The mole ratio of A: B: C was 1: 1.05: 1.05. NaHCO3 was added to adjust pH to 7.5 in the first coupling, and Na2CO3 to adjust pH to 8.5 in the second coupling. The dye has good water-solubility and is dischargeable.
