催化蒸馏合成顺丁烯二酸二甲酯 被引量:7

Synthesis of Dimethyl Maleate by Catalytic Distillation

摘要 在固定床反应器上对顺酐与甲醇反应生成顺丁烯二酸二甲酯的催化剂进行了筛选。实验结果表明,在DNW-1型树脂的催化作用下,顺酐的转化率达到100%,顺丁烯二酸二甲酯的收率可达到99%以上;且催化蒸馏工艺是可行的。 Several kinds of cationic exchange resin were evaluated in terms of catalyzing the reaction of methanol and maleic anhydride to produce dimethyl maleate in a fixed-bed reactor.DNW-1 catalyst with best performance was selected.Dimethyl maleate was synthesized in a catalytic column packed with DNW-1 catalyst in reaction zone.Conversion of maleic anhydride could reach 100% and yield of dimethyl maleate above 99%.The method of catalytic distillation was proved to be feasible for producing dimethyl maleate.
