摘要
采用浸渍法 ,并引入第二相抑制膜生长过程中裂纹的生成和扩展 ,制备了镁钙砂表面多组元复合膜 ,研究了膜的组织和形貌 ,测定了材料的抗水化性能。结果表明 ,复合膜主要由Ca2 P2 O7、MgO、CaCO3构成 ,厚度 5~2 0 μm ,较均匀致密 ,无显微裂隙 ,与镁钙砂基体结合牢固 ;表面处理后的镁钙材料抗水化性能显著提高 。
The composite film on the MgO-CaO clinker was prepared by dipping method and by adding the second mineral to restrain the formation and expansion of the cracks.Meanwhile,the microstructure and the morphology of the film were also investigated and hydration resistance of the MgO-CaO clinker with the composite film was also tested.The result shows that the film consists mainly of Ca 2P 2O 7,MgO and CaCO 3,its thickness ranges from 5 μm to 20 μm,and the film is dense and equal,no micro-cracks are observed.Also,the film is bonded with the MgO-CaO clinker firmly.The hydration resistance of the MgO-CaO clinker after modification is improved greatly,and the castables prepared with the modified MgO-CaO clinker have better physical properties than MgO castable.
