α-Al_2O_3微粉和水泥对刚玉质自流浇注料性能的影响

Influences of microfine α-Al_2O_3 and cement on properties of corundum based self-flow castable

研究了α Al2 O3微粉和纯铝酸钙水泥的加入量对刚玉质自流浇注料性能的影响。结果表明 :α Al2 O3微粉和水泥的加入量分别为 6 %和 4% (质量分数 ,下同 )时 ,基质料泥浆具有较低的粘度 ,可获得低加水量 (4.5 % )、高流动度 (1 0 5 % )。

The influences of additions of microfine α-Al 2O 3 and calcium aluminate cement on properties of corundum based self-flow castable were investigated.The corundum based self-flow castable with low water addition of 4.5%,high fluidity of 105% and good properties was obtained when the additions of microfine α-Al 2O 3 and cement in the castable are 6% and 4% respectively.
