摘要
以表面改性处理的抗水化镁钙砂为原料制成了镁钙质涂料 ,并利用显微镜、扫描电镜等分析手段对其抗渣性进行了研究。结果表明 :研制的镁钙质涂料在高温下与渣反应形成了致密层 。
MgO-CaO coating was prepared by MgO-CaO clinker with improved hydration resistance.The slag resistance of MgO-CaO coating was studied by means of the microscope,scanning electron microscope,energy-dispersive spectrometer,and so on.The results show that the surface of MgO-CaO clinker modified possesses high hydration resistance,the dense layer was formed through chemical reaction between MgO-CaO coating and slag at high temperature,which would restrain the erosion of the slag further.
