摘要
研究了乙酰丙酮(acac)和1,1,1-三氟代乙酰丙酮(facac)两种β-二酮钛配合物/AlEt2Cl催化剂催化乙烯聚合行为。用13CNMR、FTIR、DSC、XRD等方法对聚合物进行了测试表征。结果表明,β-二酮钛配合物/AlEt2Cl催化剂表现出了与传统的Z-N钛系催化剂不同的聚合行为,其聚合性能和产物结构均受β-二酮与Ti摩尔比的影响,其中Ti(acac)2Cl2/AlEt2Cl催化乙烯效果好;聚合产物链中有支链结构特征,当配体采用facac时,产物中具有明显的长支链结构特征。
Two catalyst systems of Ti(β-diketone) 2Cl 2/AlEt 2Cl from acetylacetone(acac) and 1,1,1 -trifluoroacetylacetone (facac) were synthesized and used in ethylene polymerization.The produced polymers were characterized by means of 13 C NMR, FTIR, DSC and XRD.The polymer with a characteristic crystallizing behaviour different from LLDPE possessed branching structure in the chain which were mostly long-chain branches( n >6).
