HDC型高效球形催化剂在环管聚丙烯装置上的应用

APPLICATION OF HIGH EFFICIENCY SPHERICAL CATALYST HDC IN POLYPROPYLENE LOOP REACTOR

介绍了石油化工科学研究院研究开发的高效球型聚丙烯HDC催化剂在茂名石化乙烯工业公司140kt/a环管聚丙烯装置上首次工业应用的情况。工业试生产的结果表明,HDC催化剂活性高,可达到35kg/g,氢调敏感性好。试生产的T30S、Z30S及V30G三个牌号的聚丙烯树脂的质量全部达到茂名石化乙烯工业公司优等品指标。

A high efficiency spherical catalyst HDC developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing firstly used in a 140kt/a polypropylene unit with a loop reactor at Maoming Petrochemical Ethylene Industrial Company was introduced. The industrial trial showed that the HDC catalyst possessed activity as high as 35kg/g with good susceptibility of hydrogen adjustment. The qualities of T30S, Z30S and V30G products met the premium product standards of the company.
