摘要
以聚烯烃弹性体(POE)和(乙烯/丙烯/二烯)共聚物(EPDM)为增韧剂,马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)为增容剂,滑石粉为无机填科研制音箱用聚丙烯(PP)专用料。当PP-g-MAH用量为10份、滑石粉为120份、EPDM为15份、POE为5份时,所得PP专用料的综合性能最佳,完全达到了音箱用料的要求。
The special PP material for sound box is developed with polyolefin elastomer(POE) and ethylene/propylene/diene copolymer( EPDM) as the tougheners, polypropylene grafted with maleic anhydride ( PP-g-MAH) as the compatibilizer and talcum as the inorganic fillers. The result shows that when the POE content is 5 parts, the EPDM content is 15 parts, the talcum content is 120 parts and the PP-g-MAH content is 10 parts, the combination property of the special PP material obtained is optimum, completely meets the demand of the material used in the sound box.
