摘要
用4,4′-二氨基二苯基砜(DDSU)替代一部分1,4-丁二醇作为扩链剂,对热塑性聚氨酯(PUR-T)进行以提高耐热性为目的的改性。考察了扩链剂中DDSU的摩尔分数对PUR-T耐热性及其它性能的影响。随着扩链剂中DDSU摩尔分数的增加,PUR-T的耐热性和回弹性提高,并且在熔融状态下可以流动。
A thermoplastic polyurethane containing urea structure is prepared by substituting 1,4-butandiol with 4,4'- diami-nodiphenyl sulfone as chain extender in thermoplastic polyurethane composed by PEA,MDI and BDO. The chemical structure, melt-point, flow index, thermal resistance and elasticity of modified PUR-T were tested. Testing result show that with the increasing of the molar proportion of the 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl sulfone in the chain extender, the elasticity and heat resistance of the PUR-T will be improved and PUR can flow in the melt state.
