研究了高透明抗冲聚苯乙烯(HT-IPS)中纳米分散相形态及其对材料力学性能的影响。透射电子显微镜研究表明,HT-IPS中分散相是直径为10~20 nm、长不超过50 nm的棒状“颗粒”,且均匀地弥散在整个聚苯乙烯基体中。一些试样中分散相会聚集,这对材料的力学性能影响很大。此外,研究还表明,材料中纳米分散相“颗粒”其实是一些富含丁二烯段的苯乙烯和丁二烯共聚体。
Morphology of the nanometer dispersive phase in high transparency impact polystyrene (HT-IPS) and its influence on mechanical properties of the material were studied. The observations under transmission electron microscope (TEM) show that the dispersive phase in HT-IPS exists in claviform 'particle' with a diameter ranging from 10 nm to 20 nm and a length not longer than 50 nm, which are randomly distributed in the PS matrix. In some specimens, the dispersive phase particles are congregated and thereby, the mechanical properties of the material are significantly influenced. Furthermore, the study indicates that the nanometer dispersive phase 'particle' in the matrix is actually a kind of butadiene segment-enriched interpolymer of styrene and butadiene.
