研究了用马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)来增容聚丙烯/聚酰胺6(PP/PA 6)共混物的形态结构,探讨了PP-g-MAH增容PP/PA 6共混物的流动行为。结果表明,PP/PA 6共混物为热力学不相容的海岛型两相结构。PP-g-MAH的加入改善了PA 6与PP的相容性,使两相分散均匀。用PP-g-MAH为增容剂增容PP/PA 6共混物,在加工成型温度下为非牛顿流体,在PP-g-MAH质量分数为10%,PP/PA 6的配比为95∶5~75∶25,其流动行为可用τ=1 580γ_w^(0.65)模型描述。
The morphology and theological behaviour of polypropylene/polyamide 6 (PP/PA 6) blends compatibilized by maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (PP-g-MAH) were studied. The results show that the blend PP/PA 6 possesses an 'island -sea' structure consisted of two phases incompatible thermodynamically. The addition of PP-g-MAH significantly raises the compatibility between PP and PA 6, and reduces the dispersive phase size and furthermore, improves the phase dispersity. At the processing temperature, the blend PP/PA 6 compatibilized by PP-g-MAH behaves as non-Newtonian fluid. In case the amount of PP-g-MAH in the blend reaches 10 wt% and the ratio of PP to PA 6 is in the range from 95 : 5 to 75 : 25, the rheological behaviour of the blend can be described by the equation τ=1580 -γw0.65.
