摘要 从聚合工艺路线、催化剂体系等方面总结了国内外低分子量聚异丁烯的合成开发情况,在不同的聚合反应温度、压力等条件下对不同聚合反应催化剂(主要是AlCl_3和BF_3)进行了比较;介绍了不同低分子量聚异丁烯的用途;并对国内聚合研究的方向和要解决的问题提出了建议。 The worldwide development status of low molecular weight polyisobutene (LMPIB) was reviewed in accordance with the polymerization technology and catalyst system. The polymerization temperatures and reaction pressures adopted for different catalysts (mainly targeting A1C13 and BF3) were compared emphatically. The applications of LMPIB having different molecular weights were introduced. A suggestion was presented for the research direction in the polymerization process as well as the problems existed in the domestic LMPIB production.
