摘要
综述了近年来聚丙烯(PP)/粘土纳米复合材料的研究进展。插层或剥离结构的形成对于PP纳米复合材料性能的提高十分重要。PP/蒙脱土热力学相容性的改善是插层和剥离结构形成的关键因素。一般来说,PP/粘土纳米复合材料比PP的力学性能、热性能、阻燃性能、阻隔性能有较大幅度的提高,是一类非常具有吸引力的新材料。
The latest developments of polypropylene/clay nano-composites were reviewed in this paper. The formation of intercalated or exfoliated structure is crucial to improvement of the properties of the polypropylene/clay nano-composites. The enhancement of thermodynamic compatibility between polypropylene and clay is significant to the formation of the intercalated or exfoliated structure. In general, the mechanical properties, thermal properties, flame retardancy and barrier properties of the nano-composites are substantially superior to those of pure polypropylene. Therefore, the polypropylene/clay nano-composites are deemed as a kind of novel material with tremendous potentiality.
