An Analysis of Economic Feasibility for Production of Methyl Alcohol by Utilization of Idle Equipment

通过对目前制氢装置供氢平衡分析 ,提出利用停用的制氢B系列装置 ,来生产以天然气为原料的甲醇产品。文章分析了甲醇市场价格走势与生产甲醇的可行性 ,认为投资生产甲醇 ,提高了制氢装置利用率 ,并具有较高的投资回报。

Through the balance analysis of present hydrogen supply from hydrogen production unit,this paper suggests that the production of methyl alcohol taken natural gas as raw material can be increased by the utilization of idle hydrogen production B series unit in authors company. After analyzing the market price trends and the feasibility of production of the methyl alcohol,the paper figures out that the investment for production of methyl alcohol can increase the coefficient of utilization of hydrogen production equipment,and will have higher return of investment.
