摘要
分析了K2 Cr2 O7清洁生产工艺中Al(Ⅲ ) -K2 CrO4 -K2 Cr2 O7-H2 O体系的离子平衡 ,推导出 2 5℃时混合溶液中 [Al(Ⅲ ) ]和 [H+]、 [Cr2 O2 -7]/ [CrO2 -4 ]之间的对应关系 ,并由实验测定验证了这一关系。提出了通过调整K2 CrO4 碳酸化反应转化率来降低体系中Al(Ⅲ )杂质含量的新方法 。
On the basis of analysis of the ionic equilibrium of Al(Ⅲ)-K 2CrO 4-K 2Cr 2O 7-H 2O system in the clean production process for potassium dichromate,the quantitative relationship among the concentrations of Al(Ⅲ), H +,Cr 2O 2- 7 and CrO 2- 4 at room temperature (25?℃) was developed.It is proposed and confirmed in industrial test that the concentration of Al(Ⅲ) in the liquid phase can be minimized via adjusting the conversion rate of the carbonization of potassium chromate.
