摘要
采用陶瓷超滤膜对含有超细固体颗粒的乳化悬浮液的净化进行了试验研究 ,探讨了操作参数如操作压力、膜面流速、乳化悬浮液的浓度和温度对膜分离效果及膜通量的影响规律 ,确定了适宜的分离工艺条件 。
The technology of purifying treatment of ultrafine particle emulsified suspension by inorganic ceramic UF membranes is discussed.The effects of process parameters on the separate efficiencies of membrane such as transmembrane pressure,crossflow velocity and suspension concentration were investigated.Proper separation technology was obtained. Meanwhile,the problem of fouled membrane was effectively solved. All of these results are promoting the application of inorganic ceramic membrane in the treatment of ultrafine particle particleemulsified suspension.
