光催化氧化处理含油污水的研究 被引量:46

摘要 制备了纳米级TiO2 半导体光催化剂。以中压汞灯为光源 ,考察了催化剂晶体结构、粒度、用量、pH值以及与Fe3+或H2 O2 并存时对含油污水中油的光催化降解效果。结果表明 ,纳米级光催化剂TiO2 具有较高的光催化降解油的活性。催化剂粒度小、锐钛矿型晶体结构含量高时 ,光催化降解油的活性较强 ;催化剂用量过少和过多时 ,油的光催化降解程度都较低 ;污水初始 pH值越小 ,油的降解率越高 ;当TiO2 与Fe3+或H2 O2 共存时 ,相同光照时间条件下 ,油的去除率可提高 5 %~ 16%。光催化处理油田采油污水获得了良好效果 ,油的去除率达到 A nano-particle photocatalyst of TiO 2 was prepared.Using mid-pressure mercury lamp as the lamp-house,the effects of crystal structure,particle size,amount of the catalyst,and coexistence of Fe 3+ or H 2O 2 as well on the photocatalytic degradation of oil-sewage treatment with oil produced were investigated.The results indicate that the nano-particle TiO 2 photocatalyst has high activity of photocatalytic degradation. When the particle size is small and the content of anatase crystal structure is high,the activity of photocatalytic degradation for oil is high,while the amount of catalyst is too low or too high,the extent of photocatalytic degradation for oil is low.The smaller the initial pH value of sewage is,the higher the extent of degradation for oil is. When TiO 2 and Fe 3+ or H 2O 2 coexist,the oil removability increases 5 to 16 percentage with the same illuminating time. Good result was also obtained by photocatalysis for oilfield sewage treatment with more than 98?% of oil removability.
