摘要
目的:探索磨牙缺失与慢性脑缺血对大鼠空间认知能力和海马区S-100β蛋白表达的影响。方法:35只成年雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为7组。建模后8周进行Morris水迷宫测试,并检测大鼠海马区S-100β蛋白的表达变化。结果:磨牙缺失组、慢性脑缺血组以及慢性脑缺血伴磨牙缺失组对比各自对照组以及空白组逃避潜伏期下降趋势降低(P<0. 05),第一次穿越平台区域的时间延长,穿越平台次数减少(P<0. 05)、海马区S-100β蛋白表达增加(P<0. 05)。结论:大鼠磨牙缺失造成的空间认知能力损害与慢性脑缺血相似,S-100β可作为机制参与其中。
Objective:To investigate the effects of molar loss and chronic cerebral ischemia on spatial cognitive ability and S-100βprotein expression in hippocampus of rats.Methods:35 adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 7 groups.Morris water maze was used for behavioral test 8 weeks after the surgery.The expression of S-100βprotein in the hippocampus of rats was quantitatively detected by Western Blot.Results:The escape latency of molarless group,2-vo group and 2-vo with molarless group were lower than that of control group and each sham group respectively(P<0.05)and the TFPP value increased and FPP decreased(P<0.05).Western Blot results showed that the expressions of S-100βprotein in molarless group(P<0.05),2-vo group(P<0.05)and 2-vo with molarless group(P<0.01)increased.Conclusion:The spatial cognitive impairment caused by molar loss is similar to that caused by chronic cerebral ischemia,and S-100βmay be involved in as a mechanism.
