窄直径种植体在上颌中切牙种植修复中的早期疗效观察

Short-term clinical observation of narrow diameter implants in maxillary incisors restoratio

目的:观察窄直径种植体用于修复上颌中切牙缺失治疗的1年临床效果。方法:实验组选取45例上颌中切牙缺失患者,经患者知情同意后,采用窄直径种植体修复治疗方案。另选择同期常规直径种植体修复方案治疗的,上颌中切牙缺失患者41例列为对照组。比较修复后12个月时,种植体留存率和成功率,以及患者对修复治疗的美观满意度及舒适满意度。结果:实验组种植体的留存率和成功率分别为95. 83%和93. 75%,对照组均为97. 87%,两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。修复后12个月回访时,两组患者对种植修复效果的美观满意度及舒适满意度均较高,且两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论:窄直径种植体用于修复上颌中切牙缺失时,与常规直径种植体比较无明显差异,具有良好的临床效果。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of narrow diameter implants in maxillary incisors restorations.Methods:45 patients with missing maxillary incisors were selected as observation group.All patients were informed consent and chose narrow diameter implants.Another 41 patients in the same period were selected as control group and chose conventional diameter implants.After 12 months of treatment,the retention rate,success rate of implant and the patient’s aesthetic satisfaction and comfort satisfaction with the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The retention rate and success rate of implant in observation group were 95.83%and 93.75%while 97.87%in control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Follow-up after treatment showed that patients of both groups had rather high aesthetic satisfaction and comfort satisfaction.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Narrow diameter implants in maxillary incisors restorations are comparable to conventional diameter implants in clinical application.
