摘要 钛及其合金具有良好的生物相容性和耐腐蚀性,是最常用的与骨骼接触的永久性植入材料,广泛应用于骨科和口腔科。植入成功的关键是形成骨结合,即骨组织与种植体表面直接结合,之间无纤维组织等。而植入物周围感染会引起植入物周围炎症反应,导致周围骨组织的吸收和植入物的松动,造成植入失败,甚至会影响再次修复。为避免植入物感染的发生,如何通过有效方法抗菌进而利于骨结合成为当下研究的热点。大量研究发现,通过理化改性或涂层技术可提高植入物表面的抗菌性和加快骨结合的过程,提高其成功率,利于其长期存活。现阶段并未有统一的方法进行钛及其合金的抗菌表面的修饰,理化改性和涂层技术拥有各自的特点。本文将从理化改性和涂层技术两方面对提高植入物抗菌性作一综述。 Because of corrosion resistance and good biocompatibility,titanium and its alloys are the most commonly used permanent implant materials in contact with bones,which are widely used in orthopaedics and stomatology.The key to the success of implantation is osseointegration,the direct combination of bone tissue and implants,where there is no fibrous tissue in the middle.The infection around the implant might cause inflammatory reaction around the implant,leading to the loosening of the implant and the absorption of the surrounding bone tissue,resulting in implantation failure.In order to avoid the occurrence of implant infection,how to use effective methods of antibacterial and facilitate bone union has become the focus of current research.A large number of studies have found that physical and chemical modification or coating technology can improve the antibacterial properties of the implant surface to accelerate the process of bone bonding,improve its success rate,and facilitate its long-term survival.At present,there is no unified method to modify the antibacterial surface of titanium and its alloys.Physical and chemical modification and coating technology have their own characteristics.In this paper,the improvement of antibacterial activity of implants is reviewed from two aspects of physical and chemical modification and coating technology.
