口腔液态污染物对复合树脂粘接性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为恢复硬组织缺损后牙冠的解剖形态和功能,常需对患牙进行充填修复。复合树脂因色泽美观、操作简便、物理机械性能良好等优点,已逐渐取代传统的银汞合金材料,在牙科临床上广泛应用于前后牙的修复。干净、无污染的环境对实现树脂与牙齿结构之间的良好粘接至关重要。但口腔内的各种液体,如唾液、血液和龈沟液极易污染牙齿的修复过程,对复合树脂的修复效果产生不利影响。污染物对复合树脂粘接性能的作用与多种因素有关,如粘接体系、基底面类型、污染发生的时机。此外,污染的预防处理措施也是决定树脂粘接性能的一个重要因素。通过阅读国内外相关文献,本文主要针对唾液和血液污染后复合树脂的粘接性能及污染的处理措施作一综述。 In order to restore the anatomical morphology and function of the crown after hard tissue defect,it is necessary to fill the defected teeth.Composite resin has gradually replaced the traditional amalgam materials and has been widely used in dental clinic to repair anterior and posterior teeth due to its aesthetic performance,simple operation and good physical and mechanical properties.A clean,contamination-free environment is essential to achieve good bonding between compos ite resin and dental structures.However,various oral fluids such as saliva,blood and gingival crevicular fluid can easily contaminate the process of tooth restoration,which may adversely affect the repairing effect of the composite resin.The effect of contaminants on the bonding properties of composite resin is related to a variety of factors,such as the bonding system,the type of substrate surface,and the timing of contamination.In addition,pollution prevention and treatment measures are also an important factor in determining the bonding properties of resins.By reading relevant literatures at home and abroad,this paper mainly reviews the bonding properties of composite resin after saliva and blood contamination and the treatment measures of pollution.
