摘要
目的:模拟临床初期排齐阶段,探讨不同托槽对托槽与弓丝间滑动阻力的影响。方法:复制存在拥挤的下颌前牙段模型,并粘贴不同的待测托槽(A、B、C、E四种陶瓷托槽和D金属托槽),研究在两种不同牙列不齐程度下不同类型的下颌前牙段陶瓷托槽与0. 016英寸镍钛丝的滑动阻力。结果与结论:牙列不齐程度越严重,托槽与弓丝间的滑动阻力越大。在牙列不齐程度较轻时,不同托槽与0. 016英寸镍钛弓丝的滑动阻力的差异明显,而在牙列不齐程度较重时,托槽间的差异无统计学意义。
Objective:To investigate the influence of different brackets on the sliding resistance between brackets and archwires in the initial stage of alignment.Methods:Models with crowding mandibular anterior arch were duplicated,and sliding resistance force of four ceramic brackets and one metal bracket with nickel-titanium archwires on the models were evaluated.Results and conclusions:The sliding resistance force between the brackets and the archwires increased when the crowding increased.In comparatively minor malocclusion(crowding)region,the sliding resistance force between different brackets and 0.016 inch nickel-titanium archwires was statistically different.In comparatively severe malocclusion(crowding)region,there was no statistically significant difference between brackets.
