“入世”对我国建筑业的影响及其对策

The countermeasure and influence to construction industry in China from Joining WTO

从WTO的关于“全球贸易自由化”的宗旨和承诺出发,分析了中国建筑业所面临的挑战和机遇。分析表明,我国建筑业在建筑业法治、管理体制、企业组织结构、市场环境以及大型承包商国际竞争力等五个方面与发达国家存在较大的差距。最后从九个方面提出了我国建筑业应采取的对策。

The paper analyzes the challenge and opportunity confronting to the construction industry in China, basing on the principle and promise of WTO about global commerce freedom. The analysis indicates that there is a big gap between the construction industry in China and that in developed countries in five aspects including construction law, management system, company structure, market environment and international competition of large contractors. At last, countermeasures that should be taken in Chinese construction industry are put forward in nine aspects.
