After joining the WTO, the construction industry market competition in China becomes hotter day by day. The core of competition is construction quality problem. The paper expatiates how to strengthen quantity management to construction companies, and puts forward some efficient control means that are practical and exercisable, such as sublimating the worker抯 quality consciousness, strengthening construction site management, setting up and advancing quality guaranteeing system, strengthening procedure control and preventing quantity common fault.
