Analysis the function of construction project management rule

“建设工程项目管理规范”于2002年5月发布实施。这是我国首部施工管理规范,但是时至今日广大施工企业尚未认真贯彻执行本规范。本文着重阐述“规范”的重要作用,以引起规范的广泛应用。

Construction project management rule was put into practice in may 2002. It is the first construction management rule in China, while most construction companies have not carry it out seriously so far. The paper expatiates the important function of the rule, so as to let it be widely adopted.
