江苏省区域经济差异的实证研究

Positive Research on the Differences of Regional Economy in Jiangsu Province

本文以人均GDP为分析指标,采用标准差、离差系数、偏态系数来描述江苏省区域经济差异的时间特征,各市人均GDP与全省人均GDP的离差、比率、相对发展率等来描述江苏省区域经济差异的空间特征,然后根据标准差与GDP增长率的散点图,经过曲线拟合,求出省域经济差异警戒水平,并对江苏省的区域经济差异的成因进行分析,进而对缩小江苏省的区域经济差异提出一些政策建议。

This paper applied the standard deviation, coefficient of deviation and coefficient of skewness of per capita GDP to describe the regional difference of Jiangsu province in different periods. Also, it analyzed the space trait of regional difference in Jiangsu by using the dispersion, ratio and relative development rate of per capita GDP and whole province per capita GDP. Then, found out the alert level of economic difference in Jiangsu in the basis of curve fitting the standard deviation and GDP growth rate's scatter diagram. Finally, the author analyzed the causes of Jiangsu province regional economic disparities and put forward some policy advice.
