国际经济新秩序的主张由来已久,而现行WTO体系对国际经济新秩序虽有所回应,但是在范围和效果上都极为有限。在经济全球化的大背景下,必须依照国际经济新秩序的要求对WTO体制进行改造,多边贸易体制才可能获得长久的生命力,否则WTO体制将很可能逐步走向没落。

The doctrine of new international ecnomic order has exsited for a long time,Whereas,WTO has made limited response to a call for establishing new international ecnomic order.In the circumstances of globlization,It is a must to reform the WTO system in order to establish new international ecnomic order,Then WTO can maintain everlasting life-force.Otherwise,WTO will probably decline step by step.
