14例难治性产后出血介入治疗临床疗效分析

The Value of Interventional Radiology in Intractable Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的:评价介入治疗用于难治性产后出血的临床价值。方法:收集同济医院1990～2002年难治性产后出血采用介入治疗完整病历14例,分析止血效果、并发症及影响因素。结果:14例患者经介入治疗均达到有效止血,栓塞治疗止血效果100％,治愈率为92.8％,发热为栓塞后最常见的并发症,凝血机制异常影响栓塞疗效。结论:介入治疗为一高效、安全、非创伤性止血新技术。

Dbjective:To investigate the value of interventional radiology in intractable postpartum hemorrhage. Methods: 14 case of intractable postpartum hemorrhage were performed arteries embolization. Results: 14 case of postpartum hemorrhage were successfully stopped bleeding by interventional technique, the mean time for bleeding stop after embolization was 5. 3±2.4min. Two cases who underwent subtotal hysterectomy were successfully stopped bleeding by interventional technique. Conclusion: Interventional radiology is proved to be very safe, effective and relatively noninvasive in the treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage.
