摘要 介绍了挤出、滚圆、气流包衣法制备头孢克洛缓释微粒胶囊。缓释胶囊的体外释放试验以及健康志愿者体内的药动学证明 ,其维持有效血药浓度的时间为普通胶囊的 1.88倍。日服该胶囊二次相当于普通制剂的三次。 Enteric coated cefaclor micro granules were prepared by extruded and airflow coating method. The relative bioavailabilities of the cefaclor sustained release capsules prepared by both uncoated and enteric coated micro granules and the conventional cefaclor capsules were studied. The results showed that the sustained release capsules administered twice a day may replace the conventional preparation admi nistered three times a day. The duration of blood concentrations above MIC (2.0 μg/ml) of the sustained release capsules was 1.88 times than that of conventional ones.
