摘要
以乳糖和微晶纤维素作为主要辅料制备非诺贝特的微粉化物 ,并以此制备片剂 ,辅以预胶化淀粉调节片剂的溶出度。溶出度试验结果表明微粉化片溶出度达到中国药典普通片质量要求 ,比进口胶囊剂溶出速度快。初步稳定性试验结果表明分别在光照、75 %相对湿度或 40°C、10
The fenofibrate micronized powders were prepared using lactose and MCC as the main expicients for preparation of fenofibrate tablets. The dissolution test showed that they were accorded with the China Pharmacopia and quicker than that of the imported capsules. The primary stability test showed that they were stable under light(4500lx),75%RH or 40 °C for 10 days.
