盐酸洛美利嗪及有关物质的HPLC测定

摘要 采用 RP-HPL C法测定盐酸洛美利嗪的含量及其有关物质。色谱柱为 L ichrospher5 C1 8柱 (2 0 0× 4.6mm,5 μm) ,流动相为乙腈 -p H5 .8磷酸盐缓冲液 (80∶ 2 0 ) ,检测波长 2 10 nm。线性范围为 40~ 160 μg/ ml,r=0 .9999,精密度 <2 %。 A RP HPLC method for the determination of lomerizine hydrochloride and its related substances was presented. The Lichrospher5 C 18 column(200×4.6 mm, 5 μm)was used, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile phosphate buffer solution (pH5.8)(80∶20), at the detection wavelength of 210 nm. The linear range was 40~160 μg/ml( r =0.9999), RSD <2%.
