摘要
针对自来水厂水处理的特点和工程实例,介绍了贵州铜仁自来水厂采用FX_(2N)-128MR可编程控制器作为下位控制机实现自来水生产工艺中排泥除沙自动控制系统。分析了系统的工作原理、硬件组成、网络结构及软件设计等。结论认为:系统中PLC与PC微机的串行通信方法稳定可靠,效果良好,实现了自来水处理系统的自动化,提高了水质。
Aiming at the characteristics of water treatment in waterworks and real case, use of the intelligent control system FX2N ~ 128 MR in the automatic control of mud-and-sand elimination in waterworks of Tongren, Guizhou is introduced. The principle, hardware components, network structure and software design are analyzed. It is proved that the cluster communication of PLC and PC in the control system, stable and reliable, has good effect, can realize automation of water treatment system, and can improve water quality.
