摘要
研究了不同结构和配方的纯丙弹性乳液的合成及性能,并配制了聚合物乳液建筑防水涂料及聚合物水泥防水涂料。研究结果表明,不同结构、不同Tg及不同的引发剂、乳化剂用量对乳液的力学性能、化学稳定性、耐水性及乳液-水泥混合稳定性均产生影响。选用适当的纯丙弹性乳液能制备出符合标准的防水涂料。
This paper has studied the synthesis and the pr op erty of the acrylic emulsion of the different structures and formulas.Also the polymer emulsion architectural water-proof coating and polymer modified cementit ious waterproof coating were prepared and studied.The research results showed th at the different structure and Tg of the acrylic system as well as the amount of initiate and emulsifier have the effects on the mechanical property,chemical stability,wa-ter resistance and miscibility between the cement and the emulsion .The waterproof coating of high performance can be produced by proper acrylic el astic emulsion.
