摘要
哈尔滨炼油厂两台单级离心泵 ,投入运行后 ,多次出现故障 ,经分析 ,是由于密封垫片选用不当引起泄漏 ,并造成轴向力过大 ,使轴承超载而烧损 ,采取改进垫后 ,泵可以安全长周期运行。
Two single stage centrifugal pumps in Harbin Refinery Factory,emerged problems many times during operating.After studied carefully,the main problem was that the seal plate couldn’t fit to seal and caused to bearing so that it couldn’t work normally.After reform the seal plate the pumps can operate for a long time.
