摘要
丙烯酸酯类单体与淀粉接枝共聚反应规律的研究工作报导甚少,Dennenberg等人曾简要报导过丙烯酸甲酯在Ce4+离子作用下与淀粉的接枝共聚反应及其产物的生物降解性能的研究工作,近年,我们报导了甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯在Ce4+引发作用下与玉米淀粉的接枝共聚反应。本文简要报导Ce4+引发丙烯酸丁酯与玉米淀粉接枝共聚反应规律的研究工作。
In this paper, the regularities of graft copolymerization of ethyl acrylate (EA)and corn starch using Ce^(4+) as initiator is reported. Our experimental results showed that the percent grafting (G%)and graft efficiency were considerably affected by Ce^(4+), EA, reaction temperature and time. The maximum G and E were obtained at 10~12m mol/l of Ce^(4+)and 5~6d mol/l of EA at 40℃ in 3h.In this study, we found that S-G-PFA can be processed to give a film, it undergoes enzymatic degradation and the loss in weight is about 20% in 27 days.
