摘要 在湿法燃煤烟道气脱硫过程中液——固混合悬浊液的雾化效果特别重要,压力式雾化器结构简单、应用方便;因此,研究了液——固混合液压力、浓度、固体颗粒直径等因素对雾滴的体积——表面积直径(d32)影响。试验采用三维激光相位多普勒LDV/APV测试系统,测定了具有最大几率分布的雾滴直径(d32)。研究发现,压力与雾滴直径(d32)的变化呈非单调性,雾滴直径(d32)随压力的增加先减小、再增大;雾滴直径随液——固混合液的浓度、固体颗粒直径的增大则变大。 In the process of FGD, the atomizing effect of liquidsolid mixed fluid is essential and important. The pressure atomizer, simple in structure and easy to use, is widely applied. In this paper, the authors study the situation that the average SAUTER diameter (d32) of droplet is influenced by the pressure, concentration and the diameter of solid miniparticle in mixed fluid. The testing system of 3D LDV/APV is used to test optimized ratio of d32 of droplet in experiments. Through research it is found that the variety of mixed fluid pressure and diameter of droplet is non monotonous, and the diameter of d32 of droplet will firstly decrease and then increase with the pressures increasing, while the diameter of d32 of droplet will increase with the augmentation of the diameter of solid mini-particle and concentration of the mixed fluid.
