油润滑下WSi_2/MoSi_2复合材料的摩擦学性能 被引量:2

摘要 运用M 200型摩擦磨损试验机测定了WSi2/MoSi2复合材料与45#钢配副油润滑时的摩擦学性能,采用扫描电子显微镜分析了其磨损机理.结果表明:油润滑可明显改善WSi2/MoSi2复合材料的摩擦学性能,在80~120N时材料具有较好的摩擦磨损综合性能;在油润滑下,WSi2/MoSi2复合材料的磨损机理表现为点蚀磨损和磨粒磨损,偶件45#钢的损失主要归因于磨粒的切削作用.图6,参13. The tribological behavior of WSi2/MoSi2 composite against 45 steel under oil lubrication was investigated with an M200 type wear tester. The worn surfaces were analyzed by means of scanning electric microscope. Results show that the friction coefficient and wear rate of WSi2/MoSi2 composite are obviously decreased by oil lubrication and the material has excellent integrated friction and wear properties in the rage of 80~120N. Under oil lubrication, the main wear mechanism of WSi2/MoSi2 composite is explained in terms of pitting and abrasive wear, however, to 45 steel, the loss in weight is mostly attributed to the abrasive cutting.6figs.,13refs.
