摘要 在动态及不同pH值条件下,讨论当温度分别为30、50、70、90℃时发酵液中的肌苷降解情况,即:在强酸性环境中,当温度超过70℃时,肌苷迅速降解,且温度越高,降解速度越快;弱酸性环境中的肌苷降解只与时间有关,与温度无关;弱碱性及强碱性环境中的肌苷均稳定不分解.比较了静态和动态环境下的肌苷降解,其关系为:两者的降解情况完全相同,即膜分离装置的引入不会造成肌苷的降解.考察滤液中的肌苷降解行为可得:在常温及不同pH值条件下,滤液中的肌苷均不降解.试验结果对膜过程操作参数的选取有着重要的意义.图6,参8. On the condition of the dynamic state and different pH values, when temperature was 30?40?70?90 ℃ respectively, degradation of inosine in the fermentation broth was discussed . In surroundings of strong acidity, inosine degraded rapidly when temperature was in excess of 70 ℃. Moreover, with the further increasing of temperature the velocity of degradation was more and more fast; In surroundings of weak acidity, degradation of inosine was only relative to time and was not relative to temperature; In surroundings of weak and strong alkalinity, inosine was steady and did not degrade. Degradation of inosine was compared in surroundings of static and dynamic states. It was same completely to degrade inosine in two states. That is: a membrane separation equipment which was introduced did not promote degradation of inosine. Degradation of inosine in the filter liquor was investigated. At room temperature and on the condition of different pH values, filter liquor inosine did not degrade.It is very important significance for the conclusions obtained in the experiment to select operation parameters in the process of membrane filtration.6figs.,8refs.
