摘要
基于圆弧齿轮的形成原理和啮合原理 ,建立了适用于各类双圆弧齿轮的齿形和其滚刀齿形的计算分析系统 ,阐述了通用双圆弧齿轮齿形计算分析系统的总体结构和功能 ,以及用到的各关键技术。该系统为改善圆弧齿轮对中心度误差的敏感性而确立圆弧齿轮的合理齿形提供了一种方法。
Based on the meshing theory and forming principle of gear,the analysis system of the gear tooth shape is established for various circular_arc gear and its hobbing cutter calculations.In this paper,the main structures and functions,especially the key technologies used in the system,are put forward.This system proposes a new effective theory method for obtaining tooth shape that can improve the sensitiveness to center distance deviation of circular_arc gear.
