The researching on measuring the air quantity of main fan GAF by measuring the difference of air pressure

介绍了“静压差法”测定GAF系列矿用大型主通风机风量的原理和方法 ,详细阐述了测压断面的选择、差压传感器的布置方式、数据采集及理论公式的推导 ,并运用该法实测了任楼煤矿 2台GAF— 2 6 6— 13 3— 1型主通风机各工况点下的风量 ,取得了圆满成功。

This paper introduces the principles and methods of measuring the air quantity of main huge fan GAF serials are introduced by measuring the difference of air pressure.The selection of air pressure at measuring points and the location of air pressure sensors and the sampling of measuring parameters as well as the eduction of formula are mentioned in detail.The air quantities of two main fans (type:GAF-26.6-13.3-1) at the serial working points in Renlou Coal Mine are measured successfully.
