煤矿井下危险环境磨料水射流切割技术探讨

Discussion on abrasive water jet cutting in dangerous environment of coal mine

对磨料水射流切割特性和机理进行了探讨 ,根据煤矿井下瓦斯爆炸的机理和对各种切割方法进行井下切割的利弊分析 ,说明了利用磨料水射流在煤矿井下进行切割的优点。并结合理论和实践经验 ,设计了适合于煤矿井下高瓦斯环境的磨料水射流切割系统。

This paper discusses the characteristic and mechanism of abrasive water jet cutting.Based on the mechanism of gas explosion and the analysis of other kinds of cutting,the merits of abrasive water jet cutting in dangerous environment of coal mine are illuminated.According to theoretical analysis and experiences,an abrasive water jet cutting system for cutting at coal mine is designed.
