According to excavation of a certain underground people's air defense tunnel, and right designing of blasting scheme, reasonable selection of blasting parameters and taking monitoring during the blasting, good safety effects have been obtained throught controlled blasting. The danger of the adjacent newly lined concrete has been resolved. Through monitoring, the blasting scheme has been adjusted and a good effect is obtained.
