摘要
针对辽河原油的特点 ,锦西石化公司研究院与中科院金属所合作 ,以合成的咪唑啉衍生物和炔氧甲基季铵盐为主要组分 ,复配成功抑制HCI -H2 S -H2 O体系腐蚀的水溶性缓蚀剂IMC - 97-C。经实验室评价和现场中试评价试验证明 :IMC - 97-C缓蚀性能优良 ,可以有效地抑制蒸馏塔顶低温冷凝冷却系统的腐蚀。当pH值控制在 6.0~ 8.0时 ,塔顶露点区的腐蚀率仅为 0 .0 6mm/a ,远低于注氨时的 0 .3 2mm/a的腐蚀速率 。
The water soluble corrosion inhibitor IMC-97-C for the HCl-H 2S-H 2O system corrosion was successfully synthesized with the derivatives of imidazoline and alkynoxide methyl quaternary ammonium salt by Jinxi Petrochemical Company in cooperation with Metal Research Institute of China Academy of Sciences based upon the properties of Liaohe Crude. The laboratory and pilot plant evaluations have proved that the IMC-97-C corrosion inhibitor was excellent in corrosion inhibition performance and effective in the control of corrosion of the overhead system of the crude distillation columns. When pH was controlled at 6.0~8.0, the corrosion rate of the dew point section of the tower overhead was only 0.06 mm/yr, which was much lower than the corrosion rate of 0.32 mm/yr when ammonium was injected. In addition, it had no negative impact on the quality of gasoline.
