摘要 针对常顶空冷器失效的宏观表象 ,从空冷器所处的腐蚀环境出发 ,通过腐蚀状况的宏观及微观分析 ,对造成失效的湍流冲刷和电偶腐蚀等腐蚀机理进行了探讨 ,提出碳钢管束进口端防护衬管应采用 1Cr13或 1Cr17材质 。 The corrosion mechanisms of the turbulent erosion and galvanic couple corrosion which led to the failure of the air coolers were studied through the micro and macro analysis of the corrosion status, based upon the macro phenomenon of the failure and in consideration of the corrosion environment. It was suggested that 1Cr13 or 1Cr17 metallurgy be selected for the outlet pipe of the carbon steel tube bundles or the vertical installation be adopted to control the corrosion.
