天然气蒸汽转化环状催化剂孔结构的改进

摘要 为了提高天然气蒸汽转化环状催化剂的活性 ,利用开孔剂和成孔剂对传统转化环状催化剂的孔结构进行了改进 ,优选出开孔剂SJ和成孔剂 2A3H。实验结果表明 :适宜的SJ粒度为 2 0 0~ 30 0 μm ,含量为 5 .0 % ;成孔剂 2A3H的含量为 1 5 .0 %~ 1 8.0 %。研制的改进型环状转化催化剂的强度能够满足工业要求 ,与传统环状转化催化剂相比 ,在同样的反应条件下高温活性提高 2 7%~ 30 %。 In order to enhance the activity of cyclic catalyst by natural gas steam reforming, the pore structure of traditional cyclic catalyst was improved by making use of open cell agent and pore forming agent, and the open cell agent SJ and the pore forming agent 2A3H have been selected. Results show that the optimum size of SJ is 200-300 μm and content of 2A3H is 5.0%. The improved cyclic catalyst was developed, and its activity was determined. As compared with traditional catalyst at the same operation conditions, the activity of the improved catalyst increased by 27%-30% at high temperature.
