摘要 带材轧制板形平稳是影响带钢产品质量的主导因素,而机架窗口工作性能的好坏是决定带材平直度(板形)的重要原因之一,同时也是导致堆钢轧废、轧辊轴承烧损故障的主要因素和影响快速换辊的原因,因此机架窗口的维修维护及适应性改造在实际工作中占有重要地位,经过近几年精轧机架窗口的系列调整和优化,满足了生产产能提高和产品品质优先的需要。 strip rolling plate shape is smooth affect strip product quality,and the dominant factors of window frame work the performance is decided to strip flatness(shape),one of the important reasons,but also lead to waste of steel rolling,rolling bearing fault loss the main factors of influence and rapid roll change reason,therefore frame window maintenance and adaptability reform in the practical work occupies an important position in recent years,after finishing mill frame window series of adjustment and optimization,satisfy the production capacity and product quality improve priority needs.
