摘要 本文以西潼七标K92﹢621跨陇海线大桥悬灌梁施工的承台基坑及挂篮施工防护安全控制技术为讨论对象,主要介绍了在给定天窗时间不足、主桥桥下净空狭窄、墩台基础离既有线接触网距离较近等特殊条件下挂篮悬臂施工的各防护装置的结构、功能及主要使用特点。通过工程实践证明,采用该特殊安全控制技术的挂篮装置不仅具有良好的防落物、防电、防火及现场使用性能,而且杜绝了门架防护施工中存在的诸多安全隐患与风险,加快了施工进度,为跨既有线的连续梁施工提供借鉴和参考。 Based on the project K92+621 cantilever construction bridge which cross LONG-HAI Railway ,with cap and foundation pit and hanging basket construction safety control technology as the analysis object, mainly introduce hanging basket protective device’s structure and function and use characteristics when skylight time is lacking and headroom under bridge is narrow and the pier foundation is near to the contact net pillar of existing railway . Through the engineering practice proved that using the safety control technology not only make the hanging basket to prevent falling objects and electric and fire good ,but also to avoid the hidden danger in the scaffolding obviously, and accelerate the construction schedule, and also provide a reference for the construction of continuous girder bridge which cross the existing railway.
