摘要
本文针对目前铁路货车轮对轮座镶入部超声波探伤中存在的探测精度不高及设备缺陷等问题,从探伤工艺及探伤设备两方面分析其中的原因,并提出了改进建议。
For the problem in ultrasonic testing for wheel seat Inlaid Part of railway wagon wheel-set ,such as detection accuracy no high and equipment defects, this paper analyzes the reasons from the two aspects of the crafts and equipment, and recommendations for improvements.
