假设检验在水分仪准确度评价中的应用

Evaluation on The Application of Hypothesis Test in Water Meter Accuracy

为对在线水分仪准确度进行评价,利用假设检验方法,对叶片加料、烘丝、加香工序的在线水分仪与烘箱法检测结果是否存在差异进行检验。结果表明:不同工序的在线水分仪与烘箱法检测结果差值的标准差存在明显差异,如果仅从差值的平均值来判断水分仪的准确度,将得到错误的结论,利用假设检验方法能够有效评价在线水分仪的准确度。

For evaluating the accuracy of on line moisture meter, the moisture of casing, drying and flavoring process were determined by oven method and moisture meter method, then the values discrepancy of the two methods was evaluated using hypothesis test. The result show that, moisture values of the two determine method have significant discrepancy in different process, but if judge accuracy of moisture meters only from the average of difference value, then the conclusion might wrong., using hypothesis test could effective evaluated the accuracy of online moisture meter.
