摘要
通过煤矿大面积停电事故应急预案的编制,达到在发生停电事故时,能够及时、迅速、有效地开展事故救援的目的。保障人员安全和矿井安全,有效地控制事故影响,减小事故损失,实现事故后尽快恢复正常的生产秩序。
This paper discussed preparation of emergency plan of large area blackout accident in coal mine. In order to carry out the accident rescue timely, quickly and effectively. It was important to Control and reduce the accident, for personnel safety and mine safety. Production be resumed as soon as possible after the accident.
